Job summary

Security Benefit seeks an experienced Actuarial Associate to provide actuarial analysis to support pricing and product decisions for annuity and retirement products. The role works with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations across actuarial initiatives.

Based in our Kansas home office (Overland Park or Topeka) with hybrid on-site/remote work, you will develop models, price new products, and prepare reports while advancing automation and data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Actuarial Associate: 3+ years of relevant actuarial experience and an ASA designation.
• Senior Actuarial Assistant: 2+ years of relevant actuarial experience and a minimum of four Society of Actuaries examinations passed.
