Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business. You will develop pricing factors, maintain tools, and conduct pricing studies while collaborating with underwriting and other departments.

The role offers exposure to large-scale data analysis and actuarial exam progression, with a strong foundation for professional development and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field is required or strongly preferred.
• 0–1 years of related experience.
• Pursuing ASA with 1–2 exams passed.
• Experience working with large and detailed data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing factors and assumptions for NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies for business partners.
• Monitor emerging results and trends.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist with pricing assumptions.
