Job Responsibilities
- Follow the supports and services as indicated in the recipients Crisis Plan.
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team, attending community support plan meetings, and develop plans as requested.
- Monitor consumers and take appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications.
- Assist team members with assessing learning needs of the consumers and carry out teaching as indicated.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Bachelor of Nursing preferred.
- Prefer one year of nursing experience.
- Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.
- Valid driver's license (this is a condition of employment) including personal vehicle insurance coverage.
- Must maintain proficiency in company‑sponsored training, certifications, and privileging as required.
Working Conditions
You will work in both an office and residential (home) and community setting, with varying degrees of background noise.
Pre‑employment Screening
- Complete criminal background name checked in the registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities).
- Drug testing.
- Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
- Proof of employment history or references (if required).
- Positions that require driving: Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, if required for providing transportation for individuals.

Compensation
Salary Range: $75,000–$80,000.
Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000 for full‑time employees, paid in three increments.
- $400 after 3 months
- $800 after 6 months
- $800 after 12 months
