Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring an ACTT Nurse to provide integrated crisis response, stabilization, and community-based care for individuals with serious behavioral health needs.

This regular, full-time role requires an active RN license, and a preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Experience in behavioral health nursing is valued. You will work in office, residential, and community settings with some driving as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of work.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance coverage if required.

Responsibilities

• Following the supports and services as indicated in the Crisis Plan.
• Participating as a member of interdisciplinary team and attending community support plan meetings.
• Monitoring consumers and managing side effects or adverse reactions to medications.
• Assisting team members with assessing learning needs and providing teaching as indicated.

RHA’s Assertive Community Treatment Team(ACTT) offers a full range of supportservices to people with seriousbehavioral health needs. ACTT promotesrehabilitation and independence byteaching people coping skills neededto live in their own communities safelyand productively, engaging them innormal daily routines and healthy socialinteractions. People receiving ACTTservices often experience significantreductions in crisis situations suchas homelessness, incarceration,or repeated hospitalizations.

Compensation:

• Salary Range : $75,000-$80,000
• Sign-On Bonus : $2,000 for full-time employees, paid in three increments:a. $400 after 3 months b. $800 after 6 months c. $800 after 12 months

Job Responsibilities

• Following the supports and services as indicated in the recipients Crisis Plan, which is a component of all person centered plans
• Participating as member of interdisciplinary team, attending community support plan meetings, developing plans as requested
• Monitoring consumers and taking appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications
• Assisting team members with assessing learning needs of the consumers and carries out teaching as indicated

Requirements:

• Active RN license. Bachelors of Nursing preferred.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.
• Valid drivers license (this is a condition of employment) including personal vehicle insurance coverage.
• Must maintain proficiency in company sponsored training and certifications and privileging if required.

Required Working Conditions

• You will work in both an office and residential (home)andcommunitysetting, with varying degrees of background noise.

• Drug testing
• Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
• Proof of employment history or references (if required)
• Positions that require driving Proof of driver’s license, driver’s insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
