Qualifications

• Certified Activity Director credential (NCCAP or state-approved).
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of MDS and care plans required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily and monthly activity programs.
• Complete activity MDS assessments and participate in care planning.
• Supervise activities staff and coordinate special events.
