Peregrine Senior Living is seeking an energetic Activity Director to lead the activity program for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community near Buffalo, NY. The role requires coordinating staff, scheduling drivers and aides, and ensuring daily programming for residents.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field, or 3–5 years of related full-time experience. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, resident-centered care.

• Associate degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field with related work experience.
• 3-5 years full-time experience working with adult recreation.

Responsabilités

• Manages all aspects of the Activity Program.
• Supervise, develop, and schedule all activity staff to include drivers and activity assistants according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate Activity department supplies.
• Ensure that activity rooms/areas are prepared for daily activity programming.
• Manages the PSL Discovery Tool (Social History and Assessment), including completing monthly activity calendar, and all move in actions related to activities for all residents.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field

Associate degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field

3-5 years full-time experience working with adult recreation

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Activity Director with experience working with seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community!

Schedule: Full Time

Salary: $62,500-$63,500 annually – based on experience

Activities Director Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of the Activity Program
