Peregrine Senior Living is seeking an energetic and dedicated Activity Director with experience working with seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. You will lead the activity program, supervise staff, and coordinate daily programming to enhance residents' quality of life.

This full-time role offers a salary of $62,500-$63,500 annually based on experience, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to contribute to innovative, memory-care based programs at our Cheektowaga, NY

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field with one-year related experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field with related work experience.
• 3–5 years full-time experience working with adult recreation.

Responsabilidades

• Manages all aspects of the Activity Program.
• Supervise, develop, and schedule all activity staff to include drivers and activity assistants according to PSL policies, procedures, and standards.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate Activity department supplies.
• Ensure that activity rooms/areas are prepared for daily activity programming.
• Manages the PSL Discovery Tool (Social History and Assessment), including completing monthly activity calendar, and all move in actions related to activities for all residents.

Activities Director Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of the Activity Program
