Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking an Activity Director to lead our long-term care activity program and enhance resident engagement and well-being. The role focuses on creating meaningful experiences that contribute to quality of life.

You will conduct assessments, plan daily activities, work with volunteers and staff, and organize events to foster socialization and mental health among residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with activities, crafts, or recreation programs.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
