Arcadia Care is seeking an experienced Activity Director to plan and coordinate a diverse program of activities designed to meet residents' interests and wellbeing in accordance with assessments. You will lead the Activity Aides, review resident goals, document MDS reports, and build partnerships with families and community partners to support the activities program.

Job Summary:

The Activity Director provides ongoing program of activities designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing of each resident.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and plan activities including, but not limited to: group social activities; spiritual programs; creative and educational programs; and exercise activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or its equivalent.
