Job summary

Atrium Centers in Mansfield, OH seeks an Activities Assistant to bring joy, connection, and purpose to residents by planning and supporting engaging programs that meet social, emotional, and recreational needs.

You will work with the Activities Director and care team to develop and evaluate activities, encourage participation with dignity and creativity, and help residents stay engaged, well-rounded, and connected to the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.

• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team.
