As an Activities Assistant, you’ll help bring joy, connection, and purpose to each day by supporting engaging programs that meet residents’ social, emotional, and recreational needs.

You’ll collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team to plan and implement daily calendars, engage residents in activities, and promote dignity,

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to engage residents with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs
• Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar
• Engage residents in group and individual activities
• Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs
• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team
