Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living is seeking an energetic and dedicated Activities Assistant to join our team in the greater Albany, New York region. You will work with the Director of Activities to deliver creative and engaging resident activities tailored to individual interests.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in adult recreation. You should be self-motivated, compassionate, and able to work independently, with flexibility to help with reception

• Minimum three years’ experience working with adult recreation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
• Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions.Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty
• Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas
• Has the ability to work reception duties as needed

Activities Assistant Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with adult recreation
