Formación

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a diverse range of activities, including recreational, educational, and therapeutic programs, to meet the needs and interests of our residents.
• Conduct assessments to determine the activities needs and preferences of our residents and develop individualized activity plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care.
• Recruit, train, and supervise activity staff and volunteers.
• Manage activity budgets and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.

Job Summary:

The Activity Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive activities program that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. This includes planning and conducting activities that cater to their interests, abilities, and needs. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the principles of gerontology and activity programming.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a diverse range of activities, including recreational, educational, and therapeutic programs, to meet the needs and interests of our residents
