Job summary

Traditions at Beavercreek in Beavercreek, OH is seeking an Activities Director to lead resident engagement, coordinate programs and attendance, and support daily activity operations.

You will work with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care, ensure confidentiality and residents' rights, assist with outings, transport residents, and maintain organized activity supplies. Strong communication, organization, and compassion are essential; prior long-term care experience preferred.

• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
• Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities
• Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care
• Compliance with confidentiality, HIPPA and Federal Residents Rights

Activities Director Qualifications and Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Paid time off

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• Valid State Issued Driver’s License and must be 21 years of age.
