Job summary

Traditions Management in Beavercreek, OH is seeking an Activities Director to oversee resident engagement and coordinate day-to-day activity programs. You will chart attendance, assist with supplies, and support residents in 1 on 1 activities as well as group outings and special events.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. You will work with all disciplines to ensure patient-centered care, while upholding confidentiality and residents' rights.

Responsibilities

• Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance
• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized
• Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities
• Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care
• Compliance with confidentiality, HIPPA and Federal Residents Rights
