Job summary

Harborview Health Systems seeks an Activities Assistant to lead engaging resident programs, including live entertainment and off-site day trips that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

You will follow individualized activity plans for residents with dementia or cognitive impairments, collaborate with staff to tailor activities to abilities, and maintain records of participation and outcomes.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus
