Job summary

Brentwood Health Center in Waynesboro, GA is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and lead engaging activities for residents, including live entertainment and off-site trips. You will follow personalized plans for residents with dementia, working with staff to tailor activities to abilities and preferences.

The role involves facilitating recreational therapy to improve quality of life and maintaining records of participation and outcomes. Duties may be assigned as needed.
