Job summary

Brundage Mountain Resort LLC’s Activity Barn is south of McCall and opens Friday–Sunday with additional weekday hours during holidays and events. The team member will assist guests with ticketing and retail purchases, balance cash, and use POS systems while providing friendly, accurate information.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory care, and supporting outdoor tasks or food service as needed, with cross-training opportunities for an outdoor operator role in varied weather

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Willing to cross-train for outdoor operator or food & beverage server roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with ticketing and retail purchases.
• Balance daily cash transactions with receipts.
• Provide knowledge about the Activity Barn and Brundage Mountain Resort in person, on the phone, and by email.
• Create retail displays and maintain inventory.
• Support outdoor tasks and food service as needed.

Job Summary:Brundage Activity Barn Indoor Sales team members are able to work independently and provide top-notch service to guests, bringing a sense of fun to their work every day. The Activity Barn is located south of McCall and is open Friday-Sunday plus some weekdays during holidays and special events.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist guests with ticketing process, and retail purchasesHelp facilitate larger group needs efficientlyDaily cash management balancing daily transactions with receiptsProficient use of computer and point of sale systemsProvide knowledgeable and accurate information about the Activity Barn and Brundage Mountain Resort to guests in person, over the phone and through e-mailHelp create retail displays and maintain retail inventoryHelp with outdoor tasks and assist with food service as neededJob Qualifications:Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing with guests and team membersAble to work weekends and holidays, flexible to work additional days based on business needHave reliable means of getting to work.Experience in cash handling and point of sale use preferredOther Requirements:Must be 19 years of age or olderWilling to cross-train and work as outdoor operator or food and beverage server at timesWilling to work in both indoor and outdoor capacity in adverse weather conditions
