Job summary

Juniper is recruiting for a part-time weekend position to support the Connections program for our residents. You will help create and implement daily activities that promote leisure, physical, and mental wellbeing in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

You will enter resident data, participate in care plan discussions with families, and assist in planning and evaluating tailored activity programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Memory Care experience preferred.
• Healthcare or service-related experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter resident information in multiple systems.
• Attend care plan meetings with families and residents.
• Collect resident profiles.
• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Connections activity program for the community.

Assists in the creation, planning and implementation of the Connections program - the daily activities for our residents. You will ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well being.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (Required)

• Certification in CPR and First Aid (Preferred)
