Base pay range

$15.50/hr - $16.50/hr

Schedule: Per Diem

Salary: $15.50 - $16.50, based on experience

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Activities Assistant/Receptionist

Activities Assistant/Receptionist Responsibilities include:

  • Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting Resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
  • Under the direction of the Director of Activities, assist with orienting all resident to activity programs.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty.
  • Occasionally assist the Business Office Director covering the reception desk as needed
  • Graciously greeting community residents, visitors, family members addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families and providing support to sales and marketing and the business office.
  • Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.


Activity Assistant/Receptionist Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year required experience in Senior Assisted Living
