Job summary

Continuing Healthcare Solutions in Mineral Ridge, OH, is seeking an Activity Assistant (Full-Time) to support engaging programs for residents under supervision.

You will help plan, implement, and evaluate recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual activities aligned with each resident's care plan; STNA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• STNA certification preferred.
• Experience in activity assistance or resident-centered care preferred.
• Willingness to work 9am–4:30pm with some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and as directed by the supervisor.
• Support residents' day-to-day engagement and well-being through structured activities and individualized plans.

Experience and Skills

We are seeking a full time Activity Aide working 9am-4:30pm someevening hours, Monday through Friday working every other weekend.Prefer someone with their STNA certification.

The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in theplanning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social,intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the supervisor.
