Job description

Spring Mill Pointe is hiring a part-time Activity Assistant!

$17 - $18 per hour
Every other weekend required

  1. The Activity Assistant provides and promotes quality educational, entertaining, and challenging activities, programs, and outings for residents to enhance their quality of life and satisfaction, supporting the company's mission, vision, and core beliefs.
  2. The activities assistant will transport residents by cars/vans to appointments, shopping, and other activities; provide assistance to residents; and maintain a clean vehicle.

Experience and Education

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent knowledge or experience preferred.
  • One year of experience in recreational activities preferred. Vocational/technical training related to elderly care, especially with dementia, is desired; an equivalent combination of education and experience providing the required skills is also acceptable.
  • CPR certification is a plus.
