Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in a social or recreational program in healthcare.
• Experience in planning activities for elderly residents.
• Good verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to evaluate residents' needs and respond professionally.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.

Essential Functions

• Assist in planning and providing activities to support residents' quality of life.
• Implement programs from the Calendar of Events based on resident profiles.
• Maintain residents' social history and Life Profile.
• Support health and wellness programs.
• Welcome new residents and families, encouraging participation.
• Manage activity supplies and equipment.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Operate community transportation as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
