Iris Cove Health & Rehabilitation in Memphis, TN is seeking a compassionate Activity Assistant to lead recreational and educational activities for residents.

You will organize arts/crafts, community outings, and engaging programs, collaborating with care teams to enhance resident well-being. A High School Diploma is preferred; state-approved activity-training is preferred but not required.

• Experience leading recreational or educational activities is preferred.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with course work in recreation is preferred.
• Completion of a state approved activity-training course is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in leading recreational activities, arts/crafts, intellectual/educational activities, community outings, etc., preferred.
