Job summary

Spring Meadows Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Activity Assistant to lead recreational activities and coordinate arts, crafts, and educational programs for residents. You’ll help design engaging outings and social events that promote well-being and connection within a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes inclusive care and collaboration with staff to deliver diverse activities, while supporting residents’ interests and abilities through well-planned programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with recreation coursework preferred.
• State-approved activity-training course preferred but not required.
• Experience leading recreational activities, arts/crafts, or educational activities is preferred.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with course work in recreation is preferred.
• Completion of a state approved activity-training course is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in leading recreational activities, arts/crafts, intellectual/educational activities, community outings, etc., preferred.
