Job summary

Serviced is seeking a compassionate Activity Assistant to enhance resident life and wellbeing in our Concord, NC community. You will plan and lead recreational activities, arts and crafts, and educational outings to engage residents daily.

We value teamwork and dedication, offering comprehensive onboarding, ongoing professional development, and a supportive workplace that respects diversity. Weekend availability (Saturday to Wednesday) is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with course work in recreation is preferred.
• Saturday to Wednesday (Required Schedule)
• Completion of a state approved activity-training course is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in leading recreational activities, arts/crafts, intellectual/educational activities, community outings, etc., preferred.
