Atrium Centers is seeking an Activities Assistant to help plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activity programs that meet residents' social and recreational needs. You will support the daily and monthly activity calendar and work closely with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs
• Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar
• Engage residents in group and individual activities
• Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs
• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team
