Job summary

Lost Creek Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Lima, OH is seeking an Activity Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, devoted to residents, and capable of developing creative activities for individuals with dementia.

Responsibilities include leading activity groups, one-to-one engagement, assisting with planning, escorting residents, and presenting a positive image of our organization.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred.
• High School Graduate or GED.
