Job summary

Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Dayshift Activity Assistant (12p-8p) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be devoted, compassionate, and able to develop creative activities for residents, including those with dementia.

Responsibilities include leading activity groups, one-to-one interactions, assisting with planning, escorting residents, and representing the facility positively in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred working with individuals with dementia.
• High School Graduate or GED as educational baseline.
