Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Missouri is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful, resident-centered Life Skills programs for memory-care residents. You will develop individualized activities, lead groups, and coordinate volunteers to support engagement.

The role emphasizes meaningful routines, documentation, and collaboration with care teams; requires experience with memory-impaired seniors, strong communication, and adaptability; pay range from $16.00 to $19.75 per hour with

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
