Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and implement personalized Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will engage residents in meaningful, familiar routines and organize enrichment clubs, while reviewing profiles to tailor activities and supporting staff.

The role requires 1+ year memory-impaired senior care experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt activities to cognitive abilities.
