Sunrise Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will develop and implement activities that foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments, engaging residents in resident-centered programming.

The role requires 1+ year memory-impaired senior care, a High School Diploma/GED, strong communication, and the ability to tailor activities to cognitive abilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
