4. Provide support and assistance to residents during activities, fostering a positive and enjoyable environment.
5. Maintain accurate records of resident participation and document observations regarding residents' responses to activities.
6. Work closely with the healthcare team to integrate activities into the overall care plan.
7. Ensure the safety and supervision of residents during activities, reporting any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in recreational or therapeutic activities, preferably in a healthcare setting.
