We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Luxury and Corporate Travel Wellness Advisor network to help end the growing burnout epidemic in workplaces today.

Did you know that about 40-75% of workplaces are experiencing burnout, with more than a third of business owners, corporate executives, and professionals seeking effective recovery solutions?

You will be fully trained on chronic stress and burnout, our retreats, recovery programs, and how to market these services, showcasing our partnered luxury locations and amenities. All sales and marketing training and materials will be provided.

We are looking to expand our network across California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Florida.

Company Description

The Burnout Recovery Accelerator supports overworked workplace leaders, burned out and exhausted individuals, to recover quickly without leaving their jobs. We offer rapid clinical burnout recovery programs combined with premium vacations to address burnout at its source. Our workplace training and leadership coaching provide organizations with comprehensive wellbeing programs for burnout prevention and recovery. Our team is dedicated to fostering a healthy, fulfilling, and empowering lifestyle for workplace leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs, and HR teams.

Role Description

This is an independent contractor, remote role for a Luxury Wellness Travel Advisor. Responsibilities include sales outreach to high-stressed executives, marketing services, securing travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and representing wellness travel.

Compensation

• 10% commission on all Burnout Retreats sold, paid within 45 days
• Additional 5% bonus commissions for monthly sales over $100K

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing outreach to target clients
• Consultations with prospective clients about their wellness and travel needs
• Explaining burnout retreat programs, wellness activities, and benefits
• Onboarding clients with our professional team and health practitioners
• Arranging air travel, accommodations, car rentals, and insurance (preferred suppliers provided)
• Planning additional trips, excursions, and extended stays (preferred suppliers provided)
• Maintaining client relationships and referrals

Must Haves

• Certified travel agent with IATA or equivalent, or registered with a host agency
• E&O Insurance
• Registered business as sole proprietor, LLC, or INC

Qualifications

• Customer service skills
• Sales and effective communication skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of luxury destinations and wellness programs (a plus)
• Certifications like TTP, CTA, CTC, CTIE, CTIS, WTS are assets
• Mental health certifications (CBT, ACT, DBT, NLP, IFS) are assets
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or related field
