Job summary

AristaCare is seeking an Activity Aide for Per Diem shifts (9am–5pm, every other weekend) to support recreation and wellness programs for residents. You'll observe progress, align activities with care plans, and follow directions from supervisors in a geriatric setting.

This role emphasizes building relationships with residents and staff, delivering energetic, compassionate service, and adapting activities to individuals' needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in recreation within a geriatric or healthcare setting.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and facility staff.
• Energetic and positive attitude.

Activity Aide helps to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual activity programs of the facility. Observe residents progress, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
Shift Available: Per Diem 9am-5pm / Every other Weekend

Responsibilities
