Job summary

AristaCare Health Services in New Jersey is seeking an Activity Aide to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, and therapeutic activity programs for residents. You will observe progress, assist with coordinating events, and work under supervision, with per diem 9am-5pm shifts and every other weekend.

Job description

Activity Aide

The Activity Aide helps to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual activity programs of the facility. Observe residents progress, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.

Shift Available: Per Diem 9am-5pm / Every other Weekend

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in recreation within a geriatric or healthcare setting.
