Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Activity Aide located in Toulon, Illinois, to support planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs aligned with each resident’s care plan.

Key duties include assisting in activity program management, preparing and cleaning activity spaces, and supervising resident participation to promote overall well-being. This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.

Essential Duties:

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting for the daily activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.
• Assist in preparing and cleaning up activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs.
• Assist in overseeing residents’ engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities to promote the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents.
