Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking an Activity Aide to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual activities aligned with each resident's care plan.

You will support the Activities Department through daily planning, room preparation, and supervision of resident engagement to promote well-being and quality of life across program activities.

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting daily activity programs and quality assurance for the Activities Department.
• Assist in preparing and cleaning up activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs.
• Oversee residents’ engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities to promote physical, social, and mental well-being.

Job Summary

Essential Duties

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting for the daily activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.
