Job summary

Arcadia LTC in Toulon, Illinois is seeking an Activity Aide to support planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, and spiritual programs aligned with each resident’s care plan. You will assist in preparing activity spaces, guide residents through scheduled and spontaneous activities, and help promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being in a warm, patient, and cheerful environment.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.

Essential Duties:
