Activity Aide located in Toulon, Illinois. The primary role is to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in alignment with each resident’s care plan.

Responsibilities include assisting in organizing daily activity programs, preparing spaces for activities, and encouraging resident participation to promote physical, social, and mental well-being. A supportive team environment and opportunity for growth are provided.

• Experience in Long Term Care Activities Department.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
