Job summary

Arc at Dwight is seeking an Activity Aide to support planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational and social activities for residents in a long-term care setting. You will help ensure programs align with resident assessments and care plans, promoting engagement and well-being.

You will assist in preparing spaces, coordinating activities, and supporting residents during scheduled and unscheduled events, with a focus on safety and quality of life. Various shifts (FT/PT/PRN) are available.

• Experience in Long Term Care Activities Department.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:
