Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a MIMA Healthcare facility in Bayville, NJ, is seeking an activity aide to join our care team. We offer competitive hourly pay starting at $15.47 and provide CPR training and ongoing education to support resident well-being.

Shifts include day, evening, and weekend options with every other weekend shifts required. We welcome full-time, part-time, and per-diem candidates who are reliable, organized, and passionate about helping residents in a 235-bed

Join us and be a part of our growing team under the direction of our new Administrator and Director of Nursing. Our facility is currently hiring full time, part time, and per-diem activity aides starting at $15.47 per hour. Every other weekend shifts are required.

Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a MIMA Healthcare facility, is a 235 bed facility located in Bayville, NJ that provides long term skilled nursing care and short term post-acute rehabilitation. Crystal Lake provides staff with CPR training and on-going education related to the care of our patients and state regulations right in our facility.
