Job summary

Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bayville, NJ is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor comfort and safety, and collaborate with nurses in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• New CNAs welcome to apply; prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Provide compassionate and respectful resident care.
• Accurately document care according to facility policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
