Essential Duties

• Plan, organize, and lead engaging group and individual activities (games, arts & crafts, fitness, music, outings, etc.)
• Encourage resident participation and adapt programs to meet diverse needs
• Build warm, positive relationships with residents and families
• Collaborate with the Life Enrichment team to enhance resident wellness

Qualifications include:

• Experience in recreation, activities, or therapeutic programming preferred

• Creative, energetic, and compassionate personality

• Ability to motivate and engage older adults in fun and meaningful activities

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation, or related field.

Licensure/Certification:

• CTRS or equivalent preferred; position specific certification required
