Job summary

Wesley Enhanced Living in Pennsylvania is hiring an Activities Coordinator to create moments that matter for residents. Plan, organize, and oversee activities and events that enhance quality of life and foster a sense of community.

You will develop calendars spanning fitness, arts & crafts, music, games, and outings; collaborate with residents, families, and staff; lead the activities team to deliver engaging, meaningful programs while ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recreation, senior living, or activity planning.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Creativity, energy, and a positive spirit.
• Passion for enriching lives of seniors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee activities and events to enhance residents’ quality of life.
