Job summary

PALS OHIO, LLC seeks an Activities Coordinator to lead and supervise activities for adults with developmental disabilities in our day program settings. You will implement the Individuals Service Plan, coordinate transportation to events, manage calendars and budgets, and supervise the activities team to provide engaging, safe programming.

The role requires teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to work with diverse groups.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of healthcare experience or working with disabilities.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
DOT physical required.
CPR/First Aid and Crisis Intervention certifications preferred; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate transportation to community events as part of Activities programming.
Maintain Activity calendars and report changes in attendance.
Assist in maintaining Activity budgets.
Create meaningful Activity programming per the monthly calendar.
Ensure equipment is in good working order and supervise the Activities group.
Complete and timely activity documentation including attendance, transport, billing, and programming notes.
Submit unusual incident reports and assess risks to health and safety.
Participate in weekly staff meetings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
