Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an Activities Manager for our Kruse Way Post Acute facility in Lake Oswego, OR. You will design and lead engaging, person-centered activity programs to enhance residents’ physical, social, and cognitive well-being, while coordinating with clinical and support teams.
You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure documentation compliance, with a focus on resident dignity, choice, and community engagement.

We’re looking for a creative, compassionate, and organized Activities Manager to lead our resident activities program. This role is responsible for developing engaging, person-centered programming based on each resident’s interests, abilities, preferences, and needs while helping create a strong sense of community throughout the facility.
BS in Recreation Therapy (preferred), Occupational Therapy, or a human services field; or,
Associate degree in human service field, with relevant experience; or,
High school diploma with two years of experience in social or recreational programming within the last five years, one of which was fulltime in a patient activity program in a health care setting.
Certified Recreation Therapist; or,
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant; or,
Certified Activity Director (NCCAP or state-specific).
Valid driver’s license
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
One year in a patient setting in a health care environment required.
Experience in management/administrative duties preferred.
