Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager in Thousand Oaks, CA. You’ll create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents with memory loss, fostering purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments each day.

Responsibilities include developing individualized activities, organizing groups, reviewing resident profiles, and documenting participation to meet quality standards; strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors

• Experience leading group activities preferred

Pay Range

Pay Range: 17.00 - 21.25
