Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in North Carolina is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, including those living with memory loss. You will develop activities that foster purpose, familiarity, and moments of joy, tailored to each resident's interests and abilities.

This role involves daily resident engagement, organizing clubs, reviewing profiles to tailor activities, guiding volunteers, and ensuring quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards

Pay Range

15.92 - 19.90
