Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc in the United States is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, including those with memory loss. You will lead activities, foster familiarity, and sustain engagement.

You'll review resident profiles and ISPs, coordinate with staff and volunteers, and ensure documentation meets quality standards while supporting residents' quality of life.

Formación

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Pay Range

15.92 - 19.90

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
